2-4 pm Running power and getting this ready for the event
4-5:30 pm Setting road closure signs, getting floats in place and connected up.
5:30-7 pm Traffic Control First Shift (watching intersections at road closures, 2 per intersection, at least 1 Adult)
7-8:30 pm Traffic Control 2nd Shift
8:30-Finish Help make sure floats get out safely and gather any equipment left out (power cords, signs, etc.)
