Our animals (horses, burros, sheep, goats, geese, ducks, chickens, turkeys, cats and dogs) are used for therapeutic activities for trauma-affected individuals—young and old. We need a variety of people to come and work with the animals to help them be highly socialized for our therapeutic activities. Daily, the animals need food, water, and attention. No experience necessary. Minimum age: 3 years old – 13 years old with a parent as partner, 14-18 with parental permission/waiver. Volunteer for 1x/month or 1x/week.
