The tourist season is right around the corner, and it’s time again to open our Helena Visitor Information Center located at the Helena Chamber Building. The Helena Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers to help staff this center. Volunteers greet visitors, provide area tourist information and give directions to locations throughout the city and state. The Chamber’s visitor center is open 5 days a week and volunteers are needed for 3-hour shifts either morning or afternoon, (one or more days a week). Brochures and resource materials are available for reference and to distribute. This is a great way to meet people from all over the country and all over the world. Last year, volunteers greeted visitors from every state and over 30 foreign countries.
