Who We Are

We are the Education and Transition sector of the Criminal Justice Services department.

What We Do

Our purpose is to help provide programs for individuals to attend while they are incarcerated, and provide transition planning prior to their reintegration back into the community. Services include:

  • Organizing programs such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Anger Management, Life Skills, Peer Support, etc.

  • Recruiting volunteers to lead these programs for individuals who are incarcerated

  • Connecting incarcerated individuals with resources in the community prior to their release

  • Coordinating the use of community resources efficiently to maximize their use and minimize wasted resources

  • Implementing new services that are advantageous to successful reintegration. We are always open to new ideas for programs and services available to the community. Please reach out if you would like to support our goal of successful reintegration!
