Governor's Cup

Governor's Cup is asking for volunteers to be Course Guards for all of the races, this includes the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k, 5k! The Governor's Cup will be held June 8, 2019.

Course Guards will help direct runners at key intersections to insure that runners stay on correct course. May provide assistance in directing traffic when runners are present. Volunteer shifts are usually about 3-4 hours in length, although some can be as short as 1 hour. You will be provided all the materials you need to serve as a Course Guard, including a safety vest, stop sign, instructions and water. You will also be given a Governor's Cup volunteer shirt.
